To assist the economically disadvantaged individuals in Westertn North Carolina. To participate, plan, conduct and advocate various programs that advance these individuals general and economic welfare.
Housing assistance provided to eligibile participants in order to obtain safe and sanitary housing. Head Start is designed to foster healthy development in low income children.
