Programs include 50 scholars K-12 enrolled in rise and shine after school and summer programs with trained stem teachers, enrichment programs, guided reading experts, one-on-one volunteer homework coaches, computer lab, exposure to culture through field trips and guest speakers, and interface with each scholar's school teacher regarding the scholar's progress and development. Rise and Shine encourages the scholar's progress and development. Rise and Shine encourages self-confidence, inspires scholars to dream big, work hard and reach high. Racial equity training for educators and members of the community to dismantle racism.
