Organizations Filed Purposes:
The mission of Donate Life NC is to actively inspire others to give the gift of life through organ, eye and tissue donation. This is accomplished through outreach, education, advertising, participating in community health fairs and other events.
To inspire North Carolina residents to save and enhance lives by registering as organ, eye, and tissue donors.
Minority Outreach - Our minority outreach program includes relationship building with multicultural communities across the state, including Covid-safe drive through health fairs. We had a total reach of more than 4,000 people with this program.
DMV Outreach - Outreach to the NC Division of Motor Vehicles included training for all new DMV examiners, print information for DMV customers, and providing PPE to all DMV examiners across the state. We also provided branded social distancing stickers for all DMV offices. We worked with 115 DMV offices and more than 700 DMV examiners.
Public Outreach - Public outreach includes participation in Covid-safe virtual events and social media outreach. We were able to reach more than 100,000 people through our outreach efforts during this period.
