Haitian Salaries: The foundation employs all Haitian professionals to carry out its mission to impact Haitians to help Haiti. There are almost 70 employees that support the operations of two medical clinics strategically located to best serve the communities that have no access to basic medical care. One primary and secondary school that provides the best education in the entire state of Jacmel with students reaching a passing rate of more than 90% taking the national exam to graduate high school.
Trips: Over the last two decades the foundation has established partnerships with professionals in the areas of education and medical services. The foundation organizes these trips to conduct teaching workshops for its teachers and other teachers in the community. Medical trips are also conducted such as surgery dental and general medicine trips to provide additional training to the staff to better serve the community.
