Organizations Filed Purposes: WORK IS CHANGING. EMPLOYERS ARE INCREASINGLY LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT KIND OF TALENT. WE DO THIS THROUGH THREE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES: (1) DEVELOPING AND REFINING AN INNOVATIVE, REAL-WORLD LEARNING MODEL THAT TEACHES STUDENTS HOW TO WORK IN DIVERSE TEAMS TO SOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEMS, (2) TRAINING EDUCATORS TO ADOPT DISTRICT C-STYLE LEARNING PROGRAMS BACK AT THEIR SCHOOLS OR ORGANIZATIONS, AND (3) BUILDING ECOSYSTEMS OF STAKEHOLDERS - BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS, INNOVATION HUBS, HIGHER ED INSTITUTIONS, AND FUNDERS - WHO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR THIS WORK.

COACHING INSTITUTE & SCHOOL SUPPORT:THE COACHING INSTITUTE IS AN INTENSIVE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE THAT CERTIFIES EDUCATORS TO IMPLEMENT DISTRICT C-STYLE LEARNING EXPERIENCES (SIMILAR TO C SQUAD) AT THEIR SCHOOLS OR ORGANIZATIONS. IN ADDITION TO THE COACHING INSTITUTE, DISTRICT C OFFERS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND AN ONLINE RESOURCE CALLED THE "DISTRICT C PLAYBOOK" TO SUPPORT SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN IMPLEMENTING HIGH-QUALITY EXPERIENCES. THROUGH THESE "TRAIN THE TRAINER" OFFERINGS, DISTRICT C AIMS TO INCREASE REACH AND ACCESS TO STUDENTS WE WOULDN'T OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO REACH ON OUR OWN.2020 HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:-55 COACHING INSTITUTE PARTICIPANTS FROM 33 DIFFERENT SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS-444 ADDITIONAL STUDENTS REACHED BY OUR CERTIFIED COACHES WITH AN ADDITIONAL 713 LEARNING EXPERIENCES-45 BUSINESS PARTNERS SUPPLIED REAL PROBLEMS FOR STUDENT WORK-COACHING INSTITUTE PARTICIPANTS: "HOW LIKELY ARE YOU TO RECOMMEND THE DISTRICT C COACHING INSTITUTE TO A COLLEAGUE?"
