Organizations Filed Purposes:
Crossroads is a permanent, faith based organization, in partnership with Myers Park Presbyterian Church, created to bring about the revitalization of Grier Heights neighborhood (impoverished residential area in Charlotte, NC) through affordable and market priced housing and various community services.
Construction of affordable housing. Began construction on eight single-family houses and one duplex during 2019. Six single-family houses were completed and sold during 2019.
After-school and summer programs at AG Middle School and Billingsville/Cotswold Elementary School provided literacy and enrichment programs for at-risk youth, primarily from Grier Heights, including a Freedom School.
