Eastovers PTA has one of the most active memberships in Mecklenburg County. It supports the school community by raising money each year to support school-wide initiatives including providing technology for the 21st century learner, staff development support, additional classroom materials, books for our libraries and novel studies, interactive white-boards, cultivating community partners and organizing a variety of activities for prospective, new and current families. In January 2019, Eastover PTA launched a fundraising campaign to turf the soccer fields, replace the asphalt track, revitalize the basketball courts and make additional improvements to both of Eastovers playgrounds.The PTA's annual fundraising campaign held each fall. This campaign funds the Eastover PTA budget for the school year.The PTA's annual spring fundraiser. The PTA Board and school leadership vote on which projects will be funded with Boosterthon revenue. Expenses include payment to a third party vendor that manages the Boosterthon campaign for the school. This year's Boosterthon was cancelled due to COVID-19.
