To support and promote the development of individuals on three-levels Workforce Development, Career Development, or Small Business Development programs.
Workforce Development - Job training initiatives to help the unemployed /under-employed (18+ years old) gain experience and credentials to become marketable in the workforce. This includes both paid and unpaid job training programs that provided wrap-around services for program participants. 44 individuals enrolled into the training programs. Cleaning & disinfection services provided to 5 senior facilities as a part of training field service projects. The 5 facilities served, housed a total of 617 residents. Sponsorship/scholarship was also provided for 3 individuals training or educational development. Lastly, trainees also participated in packing 144 backpacks (w/essentials) for distribution to the homeless population.
