Organizations Filed Purposes:
To provide excellent leadership training through authentic mentoring of next generation leaders to equip them for a lifestyle of God-honoring influence.
Mentoring Services:-----------------------------The Organization continued mentoring university students and young professionals. There were 60 mentor-mentee relationships during the year, representing 35 active mentors and 60mentees. These totals include a group of six men from the Fuqua School of Business who were mentored over the spring of 2020. College campuses participating in the program included Cedarville University, Duke University, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Dallas Baptist University, and University of Arkansas. Metropolitan areas where the Organization mentored young professional included the San Francisco Bay Area, Denver, Raleigh-Durham, Dallas, Washington DC, Winston-Salem, and internationally in Japan and Turks & Caicos.The Organization provided seven cohorts of web-based and live LEI Mentor Training throughout the year where a total of 68 individuals completed the training.
Partner Development: --------------------------------The Organization continued having discussions with churches and other Christian nonprofits who were interested in the potential utilization of LEI Mentor Training and Mentoring for programs within their organizations. Conversations centered on how best to train and equip men and women within the organizations as well as the cost to implement the program within the organization. There is also an established partnership with Reality/SF Church. Additional partnership negotiations and discussions are taking place with a number of other organizations.
Alumni Services: ------------------------Two alumni Gatherings took place serving a total of 39 alumni and guests. The East Coast Mens Gathering took place in the fall of 2019 with 17 men and the West Coast Mens Gathering took place in the spring of 2020 with 22 men. Mentoring, counseling, and life coaching were also provided to alumni throughout the year.
