We provide leadership training, coaching, consulting, and counseling from God's Word for God's leaders. We serve pastors, pastoral leadership teams, missionaries, ministry executives, and ministerial couples. In essence, we serve as pastors to pastors and other church leaders.
Training ministry leaders in the essential principles of leadership found in God's Word: Small group seminars held throughout the United States and in other countries. Also, provide theological training and pastoral ministry training in majority world settings.
Consulting with leadership teams in churches and ministry organizations: - Conducted ministry and leadership assessments. - Provided crisis intervention. - Facilitated long range ministry planning workshops. - Assisted with reviewing and enhancing organizational leadership structures. - Provided leadership training for lay leaders.
One-on-one leadership coaching with pastors, lay leaders in churches, and para-church ministry leaderships. Issues discussed focus on ministry decisions, organizational planning, responding to turmoil, and general life issues.
