Organizations Filed Purposes: The Pool is used to provide a recreational facility for neighborhood families to utilize during summer months when school is out and the heat limits other outdoor activities. We are grateful for the opportunity to provide a safe and fun environment to children and adults alike. The clubhouse is rented at a savings to members in order to provide an affordable venue for events.

Heather Hills Club Inc is a members' social club that consists of a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and clubhouse. The pool's official operating timeframe is from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During this time, a pool management company handles pool maintenance and staffing. The Board of Directors hosts various family events during this period, providing food and activities for the members. The pool also provides arranged free use of the pool to the neighboring church as well as occasional discounted use for local organizations (costs only). The costs of hiring the pool management company and the upkeep of the property use the majority of the member fees. The Pool hosts a local swim team (The Garner Dolphins) for no fees. The only requirement is that the swimmer and family be a member of the pool per TSA rules. Our local YMCA uses the pool in the mornings for their summer track out camp. The clubhouse is rented out to members for events, managed by a independent contractor.

Our primary function is to provide this recreational swimming pool to members. To adequately provide a clean and safe environment, we enlist the services of a pool management company that handles keeping the pool sanitary and providing life guards for the safety of the members. In addition to the management fee expressed below, there are standard monthly fees associated with maintaining the property that were listed in the section regarding functional expenses.

Our secondary service is to provide the Clubhouse facility for rental by members. There are only the functional expenses associated with this, but occasionally we have to replace equipment such as tables, chairs or kitchen equipment.

Our third Accomplishment is to assist where we can for other local non-profit organizations. We allow churches, Associations and government entities to utilize our property or space for no cost. They are responsible only for any damage or cleaning.
