JoesHelpLine.org and the Palombo & Friends Foundation is to provide free and easy access to information for those facing everyday challenges. Using the Internet or an adaptive phone system, clients can access our directory to find the help they need. We serve as a no-cost bridge to resources available for the physically challenged, the elderly, and those less fortunate. Additionally, our directory is a resource for those with giving hearts who are seeking volunteer opportunities in their communities. This website will also provide a platform for individuals to share their stories of loved ones who have helped promote a positive influence in their lives. Through the power of their stories, we seek to empower and inspire both the storytellers and the readers.
Helping the physically and mentally challenged, the elderly, and those with special needs find information about services and activities available to them at no charge. For example, 2019 and 2020's themes were "Pet's Aid to Challenged Students". Every year the P&F supports another nonprofit in its effort other nonprofit and government agencies use pets (like therapy, guide dogs, and other animal assist partners, etc.) to enhance the educational growth of special needs individuals. These events include professional speakers in fields of educational development, entrepreneurship, specialized animal training, availability of professional services (like EYE Retreat, Wags4Tags, GM Foundation, JoesHelpLine, etc.), and other organizations with similar goals and objectives.
Easy Access to Services: Help the physically challenged, elderly, and those less fortunate in finding information about services and activities at no cost via the Internet or an adaptive phone system. They offer access to volunteer consultants and their services through a toll-free call using "Call Me" technology and website.
Educational Awareness: Volunteers and volunteer student interns who learn through real-world experience, North Carolina State Employees Combined Campaign, Charity Sales, UNC and/or NC State job fair, and other types of liked information exchange events and activities.
What is Animal-Assisted Fellowship: Aspired movement whereby our foundation will start to help those less fortunate and physically challenged connect with animals which can help lessen physical and psychological health obstacles.
