The organization's mission is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to all the residents of Onslow County, North Carolina.
Transit Services- Primary service is transportation for eligible elderly and disabled passengers (EDTAP), work first/employment transportation, and medical transportation. OUTS contracts with local human service agencies to provide coordinated transportation. Rural General Public Transportation assistance is provided to those persons not eligible for human service transportation. OUTS provided 85,898 trips during our last fiscal year which includes all programs.
