Prama Wellness Center - The Wellness Center operates retreats that educate people about healthy diet and lifestyle. It provided participants with individualized recommendations for personal diets, exercises, and other changes to their lives so that they can improve their mental and physical health in a natural way. The Wellness Center offered one day educational programs for wellness as well and provided on-going health coaching to those interested in this support.
Community Partnerships - The Prama Institute partners with other organizations to assist them in conducting retreats or conferences at the Prama Institute facilities. The Prama Institute will assist with logistics, accomodations, meals, and marketing to help conduct these programs. Partners conduct educational programs that are consistent with the mission and purpose of the Prama Institute.
Prama Institute Programs - These are educational retreats, conferences, and workshops conducted directly by Prama Institute staff and invited teachers or speakers. The Prama Institute sets the topics, dates, and all the details related to the program.
