ANNUAL CONVENTION The purpose of the convention is to enable and inspire people to assert their leadership to achieve great outcomes in society, business and government. The Leadership Convention consists of several programs and events including a Summit for leaders of employee/business resource groups, three workshop and keynote speaker tracks, a diversity career fair.
The NAAAP National Leadership Academy and ERG Leadership Symposium is an advanced, skills-building boot camp for new and returning NAAAP leaders,National Administration members, emerging leaders in ERG, diversity & inclusion, and the corporate space.
Employee Resource Groups and Business Resource Groups are voluntary employee-led groups that serve as a resource for members and organizations by promoting and facilitating a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with organizational mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives. The focus of NAAAPs ERG Relations program is connecting and engaging ERG leaders across companies, NAAAP chapters, business industries, and demographics to share ideas and practices while learning how to spread diversity and inclusion.
