THESE SERVICES INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, AND FAMILY THERAPYPSYCHIATRYSUBSTANCE ABUSE AND INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT SERVICES SUBSTANCE ABUSE DAY TREATMENT.
SOUTHLIGHT HEALTHCARE PROVIDES MEDICATION-ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT) IN TWO LOCATIONS FOR ADULTS WHO STRUGGLE WITH OPIATE AND ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE LEVELS OF MEDICATION ARE MEDICALLY MANAGED WHILE INDIVIDUALS ARE INVOLVED IN A VARIETY OF THERAPEUTIC SERVICES. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS HEALTHCARE, HOUSING AND NUTRITION), AND INDIVIDUAL, GROUP AND FAMILY COUNSELING. EACH ARE PROVIDED IN CONTEXT OF EVIDENCE-BASED CLINICAL CARE SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO INCREASE HARM REDUCTION SKILLS, ENHANCE INDIVIDUAL'S QUALITY OF LIFE, AND PROMOTE SUSTAINED RECOVERY. CONTINUED COMMITMENT TO MAT WILL LEAD TO POSITIVE LIFE CHANGES, SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND IMPROVE FAMILY FUNCTIONING.
SOUTHLIGHT HEALTHCARE'S COMMUNITY INTERVENTION & CRISIS SERVICES ARE FOCUSED ON ASSISTING PEOPLE (ADULTS, ADOLECENTS, AND FAMILIES) IN THEIR HOME ENVIROMENT/COMMUNITY WITH STRUGGLES RELATED TO THEIR MENTAL HEALTH AND/OR SUBSTANCE USE. COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN ENVIRONMENTS WHERE PEOPLE ARE MOST COMFORTABLE AS WELL AS ADDRESSING PROBLEMS WHERE THEY OCCUR VERSUS IN AN OFFICE SETTING. SERVICES INCLUDE COMMUNITY SUPPORTPEER SUPPORTFAMILY CENTER TREATMENT.
