Patrons are more likely to spontaneously go skiing or on a hike when nutritional logistics are not required to be planned in advance.
Summer Operations: In pursuit of providing year-round outdoor recreational activities, Baker County Development Corp has entered into a contract with the US Department of Agriculture to manage and maintain the campground facilities and rental cabins in many campgrounds around Baker County, including Anthony Lakes Campground, Union Creek Campground, and South Shore Campground. Maintaining local management of these valuable resources also helps to promote the local economy by providing multi-season employment.
