Organizations Filed Purposes:
Bible teaching during lunch hour once a week in downtown Portland. We broadcast a 1/2 hour message from the Bible in Portland and other parts of Oregon and Africa. We also have a teaching project in various countries, which upon the completion of reading the book of Romans 20 times and writing it out, the participating pastors receive a Mp3 player with Pastor Gilchrist's teaching from the Bible book by book burned on it so that they can use it as a reference material when preparing a sermon.
Weekly gathering at Portland Art Museum for lunch where Pastor Gilchrist teaches from the Bible. Radio broadcast of Pastor Gilchrist's message in Portland and elsewhere in Oregon and Africa. Teach and provide pastors in other countries with Mp3 players with Pastor Gilchrist's messages.

We also broadcast pastor Gilchrist's 1/2 hour message on the radio aired on stations in Oregon and Africa. Messages can also be listened to at downtownbible.org.
Equip pastors to become authentic Christ-centered men filled with the word of God, being godly examples and expounding in the word clearly and accurately. We challenge pastors to study the book of Romans by reading it 20 times and copying it out by hand in a notebook. Upon completion, they receive a Mp3 player that contains over 100 messages from the Bible to encourage pastors to continue this method of reading, writing and listening when preparing their sermons. Thousands of pastors have benefited from this challenge
