Organizations Filed Purposes:
To build, operate and maintain a Retirement Center providing independent living arrangements which will be most conducive to providing warm Christian fellowship and Bible studies as well as filling basic physical needs for older brethren of the Bible Student Fellowship so they may enjoy and beneficially use their retirement years in service to God. Provide a hot nutritional noon meal M-F to Residents who sign up for those meals. Provide a subsidy program for low income residents who qualify, reducing their rent to a maximum of 20% of their income.

Independent Retirement Living Program, providing independent living apartments at or below market cost to seniors. At the close of this fiscal period on April 30, 2020 we had 33 Residents.
Food Service Program, providing a nutritious hot meal Monday through Friday to Retirement Center Residents who choose to participate. This program bills residents at month end for the actual meals they have taken. They sign up for the new week of meals after they see the menu for that week. Residents pay only about 45% of the actual cost for this meal service.
Low income subsidy program - Expense of $8,744 consisted of rental subsidies totaling $6,051 and meal subsidies of $2,347 plus $346 in landline telephone subsidies to facilitate the use of personal alarm bracelets/necklaces which our facility provides free of any monthly charge to all Residents. This program is available to those who qualify as low income, after completing an application for financial assistance detailing their income and assets in accordance with our written policy. The application is verified and then is approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with our written policy.
