Allcare Community Foundation has had a very successful 2020. The construction phase is under way for Foundry Village with a likely completion date of summer 2021. Allcare applied for and was awarded the right to re-establish a housing rehabilitation loan program in Josephine county for low income homeowners. This loan program was awarded by and will be funded through the State of Oregon and the Federal Govt. Allcare will be potentially bringing up to $400,000 into the county annually for between zero and 2% loans for housing rehabilitation.
