This corporation exists exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, religious, and educational purposes. Subject to the limitations stated in the articles of incorporation, the purposes of this corporation shall be to engage in any lawful activities, none of which are for profit, for which corporations may be organized under chapter 65 of the Oregon Revised Statutes or its corresponding future provisions and Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code or its corresponding future provisions. This corporation's primary purpose shall be to raise funds to support Christ Sanctuary International in Africa, to recruit and equip missionaries who will go and teach skills in Africa, and to generally support the African mission including the sponsorship of missionaries from Uganda.
Christ Sanctuary International is a US 501c3 organization that supports Christ Sanctuary International Ministries in Uganda Africa. CSI Africa currently has 13 church and school campuses in Uganda Africa, Lesotho, and South Africa. The main campus in Kampala, Uganda is comprised of a church sanctuary, business and training center, medical clinic, and primary school. Christ Sanctuary International is a Christian organization that also provides health, education, and vocational training needs in Africa. Christ Sanctuary International exists to sponsor medical and educational missions to Africa as well as send support for the African ministry. We direct solicitation of funds by speaking at various churches around the US. This is accomplished by volunteers, including a part time volunteer board of directors. All funds received are used for the direct support of the Africa churches and for supporting mission teams to volunteer at the African churches, schools, and medical clinic.
Built new school buildings and teacher living quarters for the schools in remote regions of Uganda.
Raised school fees, school supplies, playground equipment, mosquito nets, shoes for school children, and other necessary items for the remote school children of CSI schools.
Raised funds to support the Ugandan church / medical clinic / school staff, utilities, maintenance, and other necessary operating expenses. Funds were also raised to support living expenses of volunteer missionaries while in Uganda.
