Organizations Filed Purposes: The Jackson County Library Foundation secures resources to strengthen literacy and innovation in our community. As the philanthropic partner of the Jackson County Library District, we enact our mission by seeking financial support for selected capital improvements, enhancements, services, and programs that are not provided by the regular district budget.

The mission of the Jackson County Library Foundation is to secure resources to strengthen innovation and literacy in our community.

These funds supported enhancements to library branches and collections including the inauguration of a Spark Space in the White City Branch, new furniture in the Gold Hil Branch, and additional large print books for the system-wide library collection.

These funds supported library programs like Outreach to Child Care, Baby's First Book, and Medford Comic Con.

These funds contributed to year-long celebrations of Jackson County Library Services Centennial. This occasion offered library and foundation staff the opportunity to engage the community with the wide variety of library programs and services offered in Jackson County. Additionally, the funds purchased 750 subscriptions to the monthly literary magazine BookPage, copies of which are provided for free in all Jackson County library branches.
