In 2012 the Company acquired the Limited Partner's interest in the partnership, through the formation of North Plains Housing, LLC. The Company is the sole owner of North Plains Housing, LLC and therefore beginning in 2012 all activity of Kent Apartments Limited Partnership flows through directly to the return of the Company.
