THE RENOVATION CONTINUES TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE REVITALIZATION OF THE PEARL DISTRICT OF PORTLAND, OREGON, PROVIDING ECONOMIC BENEFITS TO THE COMMUNITY IN THE NEAR TERM AS WELL AS A PROJECTED LONG-TERM IMPACT OF OVER $100 MILLION IN NEW ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OVER THE NEXT DECADE.
