Bridges to Change is committed to stopping the revolving door of recidivism by stressing personal accountability while providing tools, support and services necessary to help our clients maintain self-sufficient lives in the community.
Bridges to Change is a nonprofit in the state of Oregon that provides alcohol and drug free housing in 5 counties in the State of Oregon. Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington. Wasco and Marion. Bridges to Change houses approximately 700 clients across these counties each month. Bridges to Change has over 50 FTE certified recovery mentors who provide the case management for participants in their programs. Mentors develop a clear understanding of needs: risks, intervention, addiction and relapse prevention. Bridges to Change is also licensed in the State of Oregon to provide outpatient substance use disorder and mental health treatment and outreach services.
