Oversee grand funds and fundraing for Columbia County Treatment Courts
Grant funds are awarded to three treatment court programs that served a total of 77 participants during the fiscal year. Participants receive treatment services for subbtance use disorder and/or mental health issues. Particpants also receive additional treatment services as appropriate such as parenting instruction, life skills, stress management, domestic violence and medically assisted recovery services. The short term goal of the programs are to provide a foundation for recovery through supervision, accountability and wrap-around services. The long term goals of the programs are to create long-term stabiltiy and recovery while reducing recidivism and increasing public safety.
