LEADERSHIP TRAINING COURSES HELD AROUND THE WORLD AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AND OTHER PLACES OF LEARNING, WITH THE GOAL TO DEVELOP LEADERS WHO FOLLOW THE PRINCIPLES OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP AS LEADERS WHO SERVE THEIR PEOPLE AND CULTIVATE COMMUNITIES THAT VALUE PEOPLE AND RELATIONSHIPS. THROUGH A PROCESS OF ACTION AND REFLECTION, THESE COURSES HELP STUDENTS LEARN FROM THEIR HEARTS AND FROM EACH OTHER. IN THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR, COURSES WERE HELD WITH OVER 300 PARTICIPANTS IN SEVEN COUNTRIES: KAZAKHSTAN, UKRAINE, AFGHANISTAN, PHILIPPINES, NIGERIA, THAILAND, AND THE USA.

GLOBAL CONFERENCES AND GATHERINGS THAT BRING TOGETHER PARTNERS, STUDENTS, AND PROFESSORS FROM AROUND THE WORLD TO LEARN FROM EACH OTHER AND FROM CURRENT EXPERTS ABOUT BEST LEADERSHIP PRACTICES. THIS INCLUDES EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING BY HELPING PEOPLE TO VISIT EXCELLENT EXAMPLES OF COMMUNITIES OF SERVANT-STYLE LEADERSHIP, INCLUDING BUSINESSES, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.IN THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR, ONE PHYSICAL GATHERING WAS HELD IN THE USA FOR 10 PARTICIPANTS FROM AFGHANISTAN AND THE USA. DUE TO COVID-19, ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED CONFERENCES WERE TRANSITIONED TO AN ON-LINE FORMAT. TWO ON-LINE CONFERENCES WERE HELD FOR OVER 100 PARTICIPANTS FROM EIGHT COUNTRIES.

SUPPORTING, TEACHING AND CONSULTING AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS AROUND THE WORLD THAT ARE WORKING TO DEVELOP YOUNG LEADERS AS PART OF THEIR MISSION. THIS IS CARRIED OUT BY PROVIDING EXPERTS AND TEACHERS FOR GUEST LECTURES, SEMINARS AND CONSULTING SERVICES. SMALL SCHOLARSHIPS ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO THESE INSTITUTIONS TO SUPPORT GIFTED, FINANCIALLY NEEDY STUDENTS STUDYING AT THE INSTITUTION.IN THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR, SUCH SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED BY HELPING TO SEND TEACHERS AND EXPERTS TO PARTNER UNIVERSITIES IN KAZAKHSTAN, UKRAINE, AND AFGHANISTAN.
