In 2020, the Youth Empowerment Shelter assisted 21 youth; 16 received residential services, including meals, 5 non residents received access to connection services, which included pathways to one or more of the following: Family facilitation, education, employment, life skills, transitional housing, medical and mental health. Nine adults received parenting classes for Wasco County Youth Services. Y.E.S. also continued follow-up with previous residents.
