THE OZAUKEE COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY CONTINUES TO MAINTAIN ITS OFFICE IN THE HISTORIC INTERURBAN DEPOT LOCATED IN CEDARBURG, WI AND CONTINUES TO MAINTAIN ITS OZAUKEE COUNTY PIONEER VILLAGE LOCATION IN SAUKVILLE. OZAUKEE COUNTY PIONEER VILLAGE INCLUDES 24 HISTORIC STRUCTURES THAT DATE BACK TO 1840.
RESTRICTED FUND BALANCE FOR THE VILLAGE HALL REMODEL PROJECT IS ALLOCATED FUNDS TO THE COMPLETION OF THE BUILDING PROJECT. DURING 2019, $9,400 WAS SPENT ON A DECORATIVE STONE WALL THAT WILL HOUSE AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT, A BIG SCREEN TV AND MICROSOFT SURFACE. THIS AMOUNT ALSO INCLUDES A STONE WALL AND COUNTER TOP USED FOR FOOD SERVICE.
RESTRICTED FUND BALANCE FOR THE STONY HILL PROJECT IS ALLOCATED FOR RESTORATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE STONY HILL SCHOOL. DURING 2019, NO MAJOR EXPENDITURES WERE REQUIRED.
