Organizations Filed Purposes:
To make the performing arts welcoming to all people as an essential part of the well being of individuals and vitality of the community. St. Croix Festival Theatre produces plays, presents concerts and provides arts education activities for youth and adults.
Approximately 1060 patrons attended concerts and special events, while nearly 4885 audience members attended theatre performances in 2019. Close to 379 youth from throughout the St Croix Valley attended festival theatre productions. 462 students took advantage of our onsite matinee performances. One of our performances traveled to three different schools providing 463 students the ability to see the shows. 93 youth auditioned to be in one of our performances. 82 youth shared their talents by performing on the festival theatre stage as part of the youth and family theatre program. 11 youth shared their talents by performing on the festival theatre stage in our theatre series. 12 youth that shared their talents were cast in more than one performance. Approximately 69 youth representing fourteen communities attended week long creativity camps during the summer. 86 seats were donated to the community through silent auctions. In total festival theatre shared their mission with approximately 6100 people in 2019.
