OUR MENTORING PROGRAM OFFERS CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS ACCESS TO A POSITIVE, CONSISTENT, FRIENDLY, AND SUPPORTIVE MENTOR THAT WILL SUPPORT AND GUIDE THE YOUTH AND HELP THEM TO THRIVE AND BE SUCCESSFUL.
EQUINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (EAP) AND LEARNING HORSE THERAPY IS A POWERFUL AND EFFECTIVE APPROACH THAT HAS AN INCREDIBLE IMPACT ON INDIVIDUALS, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES. EAP IS AN EXPERIMENTAL PROCESS (EXPERIENCING CHANGE BY DOING). IT IS A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT WITH A TREATMENT TEAM OF A LICENSED THERAPIST, AN EQUINE SPECIALIST, AND A HORSE. THE PROGRAM ADDRESSES A VARIETY OF MENTAL HEALTH AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT NEEDS.
OUR THERAPEUTIC RIDING PROGRAM PROVIDES STRUCTURED HORSEBACK RIDING SESSIONS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL, COGNITIVE, AND EMOTIONAL DISABILITIES.
