SUPPORT SERVICES - PREVOCATIONAL SERVICES PROVIDE EXTENSIVE TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT AND CASE MANAGEMENT TO ADVANCE INDEPENDENCE FOR THOSE WITH MULTIPLE SIGNIFICANT BARRIERS. ADULT DAY SERVICES PROGRAM OFFERS A BALANCE OF EXPOSURE TO LIFE ENGAGING SERVICES, BOTH ON SITE AND IN THE COMMUNITY. CUSTOMIZED SERVICES AND PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT TO MEET UNIQUE NEEDS AND INTERESTS OF PARTICIPANTS IN A NURTURING ENVIRONMENT IS PROVIDED. PROGRAMS ENGAGE INDIVIDUALS IN MEMORY CARE ACTIVITIES AS THEY ADVANCE TO RETIREMENT. COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM EMPOWERS INDIVIDUALS TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR COMMUNITY THROUGH INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING. COURT ORDERED CORPORATE GUARDIANSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL ADVOCACY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT SUPPORT SYSTEMS IN THE AREAS OF MEDICAL, LEGAL AND PERSONAL FINANCES. RESTORATIVE JUSTICE PROGRAM PROVIDES YOUTH THE FOUNDATION OF ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MISDEEDS THROUGH RESTITUTION, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND TEEN COURT.
SOCIAL ENTERPRISES - SOCIAL ENTERPRISES CONSIST OF PRODUCTION, DIVERSIFIED PERSONNEL SERVICES AND PRINT SERVICES. THROUGH THESE PROGRAMS, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IS PROVIDED FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER BARRIERS TO INCLUDE THOSE IN POVERTY, ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE, REENTRY FROM THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM AND VETERANS. TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT IS SECURED THROUGH RELATIONSHIPS DEVELOPED ON A LOCAL AND NATIONAL PLATFORM. THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF INFORMED CHOICE, IN A NORMAL AND INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENT, IS THE KEY TO SUCCESSFUL TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES. PRODUCTION PROVIDES A SUPPORTIVE INTERNAL TRAINING THAT ENHANCES SKILLS, PRODUCTIVITY AND WORK HISTORY DEVELOPMENT. DIVERSIFIED PERSONNEL SERVICES PROVIDES THE COMMUNITY BASED EMPLOYMENT OPTION TO SECURE WORK EXPERIENCES AND INTERNSHIPS WITH THE GOAL OF REACHING INDEPENDENT GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. PRINT SERVICES PROVIDES MATERIALS THAT WILL BE USED TO COMPLETE PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION.
EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING INITIATIVES - MISSION SERVICES COMMUNITY INITIATIVES PROVIDE VOCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH THE DIVISION OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION TO INCLUDE ASSESSMENT TO DETERMINE CAREER INTEREST, INTENSIVE JOB SEEKING SKILLS TO INCREASE VOCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT, WORK EXPERIENCE TO RESUME ENHANCE, JOB PLACEMENT TO OBTAIN EMPLOYMENT AND JOB COACHING/CASE MANAGEMENT TO INDIVIDUALLY TRAIN AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT. WIOA ELIGIBLE ADULTS AND YOUTH WHO ARE DISLOCATED FROM EMPLOYMENT OR THOSE IN POVERTY ARE PROVIDED CASE MANAGEMENT, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT THROUGH A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN TO ENHANCE A CAREER PATH TO EMPLOYMENT. THE SCHOOL TO WORK TRANSITION PROGRAM PARTNERS WITH AREA SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE YOUTH WITH DISABILITIES A COMMUNITY BASED APPROACH TO EXPERIENCE THE WORLD OF WORK AND PREPARE A CAREER PATH TO FUTURE TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT.
