Our purpose is to encourage and educate members of the community that working together we impact lives. We do this by rasiing funds for new and existing programs and needed services,whch benefit the communities we serve.
Serve the community by providing services and programs that contribute to the health and vitality of the community.
The transportation program assures that transportation is available for patients with medical appointments at local health facilities and serves residents of Washington County Wisconsin, The program provides transportation at a subsidized rate.
Support an adult day care services facility and program designed to promote independence in the elderly and deter the need for nursing home placement. The program currently serves on average 15 families from Washington County. Donations help underwrite scholarships for clients participating in the program.
The personal emergency response program offers a 24-hour connection to highly trained professionals through the use of advanced personal monitoring technologies. Individuals in need are subsidized.
