IS INVOLVED WITH THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2019: 1)CDA HOUSING SERVES AS THE SPONSOR OF A FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF CHICAGO AHP APPLICATION FOR A LOW-INCOME HOUSING 36 CONDOMINIUM LOTS TAX CREDIT DEVELOPMENT IN SALEM LAKES, WI, WHICH IS KNOWN AS "MEADOWS OF MILL CREEK PHASE II". CDA RECEIVED THE AHP AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF 750,000 FROM THE FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF CHICAGO. DURING 2019, CDA HOUSING RECEIVED DONATED LAND WITH A FAIR MARKET VALUE OF 1,370,000 OF WHICH IT CONTRIBUTED TO MEADOWS PHASE II, LLC IN EXCHANGE FOR MANAGING MEMBER OWNERSHIP INTEREST. CDA TAXABLE, LLC IS A FORMED ENTITY IN WHICH CDA HOUSING INC. IS THE SOLE MEMBER. ALSO, CDA HOUSING SERVES AS A CO-DEVELOPER ON THIS DEVELOPMENT. 2)CDA TAXABLE, LLC IS THE MANAGING MEMBER OF THE OWNER ENTITY, CREEKSIDE MF, LLC, WHICH IS A 140-UNIT NEW CONSTRUCTION TAX CREDIT DEVELOPMENT IN KENOSHA, WI. DURING 2019, CDA HOUSING RECEIVED DONATED LAND WITH A FAIR MARKET VALUE OF 1,600,000 OF WHICH IT CONTRIBUTED TO CREEKSIDE MF, LLC IN EXCHANGE FOR OWNERSHIP INTEREST. ALSO, CDA HOUSING SERVES AS A CO- DEVELOPER AND GUARANTOR ON THIS DEVELOPMENT. 3)CDA HOUSING SERVES AS THE SPONSOR FOR AN ILLINOIS AFFORDABLE HOUSING TAX CREDIT TRANSACTION FOR A 28 SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES IN SPRINGFIELD, IL, KNOWN AS "LINCOLNWOOD ESTATES- AND WAS A RECIPIENT OF LAND DONATION FROM SPRINGFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY RELATED TO THIS DEVELOPMENT. CDA HOUSING THEN SOLD THE PROPERTY TO LINCOLNWOOD ESTATES SF, LLC FOR FAIR MARKET VALUE AND, IN TURN, RECEIVED A NOTE RECEIVABLE FOR 1,500,000. 4)CDA TAXABLE, LLC IS THE MEMBER OF THE OWNER ENTITY, GENESEO SENIOR, LLC, WHICH IS A 40-UNIT NEW SENIOR HOUSING CONSTRUCTION TAX CREDIT DEVELOPMENT IN GENESEO, IL. CDA HOUSING SERVES AS A CO-DEVELOPER AND GUARANTOR ON THIS DEVELOPMENT. 5)CDA HOUSING SERVES AS THE SPONSOR OF A FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF CHICAGO AHP APPLICATION FOR A 96-UNIT NEW PREDOMINANTLY SENIOR HOUSING CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT IN SOMERS, WI, WHICH IS KNOWN AS "PARKVIEW SENIOR COMMONS AND PARKVIEW TOWNHOMES". CDA HAS BEEN AWARDED AN AHP AWARD IN THE AMOUNT OF 900,000 FROM THE FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF CHICAGO. DURING 2019, CDA HOUSING RECEIVED DONATED LAND WITH A FAIR MARKET VALUE OF 1,300,000 OF WHICH IT CONTRIBUTED TO PARKVIEW MF, LLC IN EXCHANGE FOR MANAGING MEMBER OWNERSHIP INTEREST. 6)CDA TAXABLE, LLC IS THE MANAGING MEMBER OF THE OWNER ENTITY, WHITE ROCK MF, LLC, WHICH IS A 72-UNIT NEW CONSTRUCTION TAX CREDIT DEVELOPMENT IN WAUKESHA, WI. CDA HOUSING IS A RECIPIENT OF A GRANT FROM WAUKESHA COUNTY UNDER THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR 300,000 AND LOANED TO WHITE ROCK MF, LLC. ALSO, CDA HOUSING SERVES AS A CO-DEVELOPER ON THIS DEVELOPMENT.
