Organizations Filed Purposes:
ROCK VALLEY COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, INC. (RVCP) PROVIDES SERVICES THAT ENHANCE THE GENERAL COMMUNITY, THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SYSTEM, THE VETERAN'S ADMINISTRATION, AND THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM WITH A FOCUS ON REENTRY. RVCP PROVIDES THESE SERVICES WITH A FOCUS ON TRAUMA, ACCOUNTABILITY, INDIVIDUALIZED CASE MANAGEMENT, AND TREATMENT SERVICES. RVCP ADMINISTERS AND DEVELOPS PROGRAMS THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL AGENCIES TO SERVE RESIDENTS IN THE GREATER ROCK COUNTY AREA. WITH CONCERN FOR PUBLIC SAFETY THE CONSTANT, THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE EDUCATION, EVIDENCE BASED AND TRAUMA INFORMED SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER, INCLUDING MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT, MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY, COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL RESTRUCTURING, EMPLOYMENT, AND RESIDENCY. RVCP SERVES ALL AGES AND GENDERS WITH A PRIORITY TO PREGNANT WOMEN AND VETERANS.
PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL REENTRY SERVICES AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING FOR VETERANS.
THE RESIDENTIAL REENTRY PROGRAM (RRP) SERVES THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION. WE SERVER CLIENTS THAT ARE EITHER RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITY FOLLOWING A PERIOD OF INCARCERATION OR THAT ARE SERVING AN ALTERNATIVE TO REVOCATION TO AVOID PRISON. IN 2019, THE RRP SERVED 360 INDIVIDUALS WITH A SUCCESSFUL DISCHARGE RATE OF 76%.
COMPASS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC (CBHC) HAD THEIR BEST YEAR YET WITH THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF PATIENTS SERVED IN A 12 MONTH PERIOD. CBHC HAS WORKED DILIGENTLY TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO OUR PATIENTS. ALL THERAPISTS UTILIZE TRAUMA-INFORMED AND EVIDENCE-BASED TREATMENT MODALITIES IN THEIR TREATMENT SESSIONS. CBHC HAS SEEN A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF SUCCESS IN OUR TWO SAHMSA GRANT PROGRAMS, TREAT AND CONNECT.
RVCP PROVIDES SHORT-TERM RESIDENTIAL CRISIS STABILIZATION SERVICES TO CLIENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REDUCING MENTAL HEALTH SYMPTOMS TO PREVENT THE NEED FOR INPATIENT HOSPITALIZATION. CLIENTS ARE REFERRED FROM THE ROCK COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
