CATHOLIC CHARITIES PROVIDES SERVICES IN DANE, ROCK, GREEN LAKE, SAUK, MARQUETTE, AND GREEN COUNTIES. IN 2019, 386 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED. OUTCOMES INCLUDED: 100% OF COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS (DAY PROGRAM) CLIENTS WERE INVOLVED IN COMMUNITY-INTEGRATED ACTIVITIES ON A DAILY BASIS, 99% OF LIVING (RESIDENTIAL) CLIENTS PARTICIPATED IN THE COMMUNITY, 97% OF THE CHILDREN IN THE BIRTH TO THREE PROGRAM MADE DEVELOPMENTAL GAINS, AND 98.5% OF PARTICIPANTS IN RECREATION INCREASED THEIR SOCIALIZATION.

CATHOLIC CHARITIES PROVIDES SERVICES FOR CHILDREN THROUGH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOL COUNSELING AND POST ADOPTION RESOURCES. IN 2019, 3,341 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED. OUTCOMES INCLUDED: 93% OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN IN THE FACE KIDS GROUP HAVING AN INCREASED UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO MANAGE THEIR PROBLEMS, 92% OF STUDENTS IN THE PARISH SCHOOL COUNSELING PROGRAM FOCUSED BETTER ON ACADEMIC SUBJECTS, 92% OF PARENTS IN BUILDING BRIDGES PROGRAM FEEL MORE INCLUDED IN THEIR CHILD'S SCHOOL EXPERIENCE, 82% OF TEACHERS IN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IN SCHOOLS HAVE IMPROVED UNDERSTANDING OF CHILDRENS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN SCHOOL, 86% OF STUDENTS IN THE CHOICES PROGRAM REPORTED A DECREASE IN ALCOHOL USE, AND 100% OF POST ADOPTION RESOURCE CENTER (PARC) FAMILIES OR PROFESSIONALS WHO ATTENDED A PARC TRAINING INCREASED THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF ADOPTION TO HELP STRENGTHEN ADOPTIVE FAMILIES.

CATHOLIC CHARITIES PROVIDES SERVICES FOR AGING PERSONS THAT ALLOW THEM TO REMAIN INDEPENDENT AND IN THEIR OWN HOMES THROUGH THE USE OF IN-HOME COMPANION CARE, RESPITE, AND THE ADULT DAY CENTER. IN 2019, 577 INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILY MEMBERS WERE SERVED. OUTCOMES INCLUDED 100% OF COMPANION CARE CLIENTS WERE ABLE TO REMAIN IN THEIR OWN HOMES FOR SIX MONTHS OR LONGER FROM THE ONSET OF SERVICES, 100% OF CLIENTS IN THE RESPITE CARE TEAM PROGRAM INCREASED THEIR SOCIALIZATION, AND 88% OF PARTICIPANTS OF THE ADULT DAY CENTER WERE ABLE TO CONTINUE LIVING AT HOME.
