Chrysalis is comprised of two core programs. The Supported Employment Program is available for individuals who are seeking community-based competitive employment. The program offers services such as vocational skills assessments, assistance with the job search process, initial on-the-job training, and ongoing support. The facility based volunteer Work Center Program provides consumers with scheduled work experience, daily structure, assistance with work-related skills, and an opportunity to improve social skills. Consumers complete bulk mailing projects for local non- profit organizations throughout Dane County at no cost.
