Our pursuit is to emphasize equality, solidarity, emotional literacy, and exploration of the arts within our classrooms and surrounding community. It is our goal to build on a child's academic foundation with play based learning, hands-on experimentation, group discussion, and utilizing local educational resources. UADC is committed to wirkign cooperatively with all families to foster an interwoven community that supports and enriches our shared experiences. We provide care for childres 2 yr. 6 mo. and older.
Excellence in early childhood education
Our center is licensed by the State of Wisconsin to care for 75 children or under. We offer individualized care for children aged 2 years 6 months through age 5, and prepare them for kindergarten. We also offer an after school program for school aged children 5 through 11 years of age. The after school program assists children in completing homework, supporting friendships, and getting large motor exercise. During summer we offer a day camp progam for children who have completed kindergarten through age 11. Summer programming includes swimming lessons, community based field trips, and both recreational and educational play. All of our programs introduce children to the arts through classes in yoga, dance, and art education. We prepare and serve healthy, hot meals for breakfast, lunch, and a snack on site.
