The Apartment Owners & Managers Association of Wisconsin's AOMA mission is to support an industry that offers safe, affordable, multifamily housing to the public, equitably compensates its workforce, and provides investors with a fair and reasonable rate of return. Its members represent all facets of the multifamily housing industry: apartment owners, management executives, developers, builders, investors, property managers, leasing consultants, maintenance personnel, suppliers, and related business professionals. The association also hosts a yearly one-day conference called Maintenance Mania which is a combination of education breakout sessions, exhibitors, as well as the Mania portion of the day where maintenance technicians compete against each other in skill-based games.
