To advance the scientific study of health-related quality of life and other patient-centered outcomes to identify effective interventions, enhance the quality of health care and promote the health of populations.
The 2019 Annual Conference was held in San Diego, California in October. The Conference is an open scientific forum to foster the study of quality of life relevant to health & health care. The 2019 Annual Conference provided a platform to discuss the challenges for the field with regards to theory, methodology and implementation of results in health care policy and practice.

Journals - Quality of Life Research (QLR) and Journal of Patient-Reported Outcomes (JPRO): The QLR and JPRO Journals are international, multidisciplinary devoted to the rapid communication of original research, theoretical articles and methodological reports related to the field of quality of life in all the health sciences. The journals also publish editorials, literature, book and software reviews, correspondence and abstracts of conferences.
