COMMUNITY BUILDING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT-THIS PROGRAM CULTIVATES GRASSROOTS COMMUNITY LEADERS AND CONNECTS THEM TO ONE ANOTHER IN ORDER TO SUSTAIN A STRONG, HEALTHY NEIGHBORHOOD. LBWN STRENGTHENS AND CREATES OPPORTUNITIES TO ELEVATE NEIGHBORS AS BOTH DECISION-MAKERS AND ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN NEIGHBORHOOD CHANGE AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY.
