"Bringing families hope, one individual at a time" We do this by providing the following services;treatment foster care, access to recovery, care coordination, stabilization center and transitional housing for homeless women.
Treatment Foster Care program recruits and trains foster parents to take care of children that are in the State of Wisconsin children welfare system that need level 3 and 4 service. We also provide an ongoing case manager for the parents and children.
Lissy's PLACE is a Transitional Housing program for homeless women that are ages 17 to 29. Women can stay up to 2 years in the program.
Recovery Check Up is a program that collects follow data for the Federal Government for clients that are in the Access to Recovery program which is an AODA program operated by Wiser Choice of Milwaukee County.
