SAFE PASSAGE: PROVIDES SHELTER, SKILLS TRAINING, AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO HOMELESS YOUTH BETWEEN THE AGES OF EIGHTEEN AND TWENTY-ONE FOR A CONTINIOUS PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED EIGHTEEN MONTHS. THE PRIMARY FOCUS IS TO HELP OLDER HOMELESS YOUTH ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND AVOIDLONG-TREM DEPENDANCY ON SOCIAL SERVICES. CLIENTS SERVED: 14
