The Mission of the Stoughton Hospital Foundation (Foundation) is to cultivate and nurture relationships that enhance a connection to the Stoughton Hospital (Hospital), (Continued on Schedule O) (Continued from Part III, line 1) and the development, management and distribution of charitable gifts to assist the Hospital in providing safe, quality healthcare with exceptional personalized service.

Stoughton Hospital Foundation, Inc. was incorporated to attract charitable gifts to meet the needs of Stoughton Hospital Association. The Foundation is committed to using these resources wisely and efficiently, keeping in mind the donor's purpose and the needs of the Stoughton community. We work to provide meaningful giving opportunities for people seeking to give back to their community. Thanks to the generous donations of hundreds of donors, the Stoughton Hospital Foundation has raised and contributed more than $8 million for Stoughton Hospital's programs and services.
