TO HELP EMPLOYERS DESIGN RESULTS-ORIENTED WELLNESS PROGRAMS TO MAXIMIZE THE HEALTH AND PRODUCTIVITY OF THEIR MOST VALUABLE ASSET - THEIR EMPLOYEES.
ASSISTING EMPLOYERS WITH DEVELOPING RESULTS-ORIENTED WORKSITE WELLNESS PROGRAMS.
WCWI PLANNED AND IMPLEMENTED THE 29TH ANNUAL EMPLOYEE WELLBEING CONFERENCE FOR EMPLOYERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, HELD AT THE KALAHARI IN WISCONSIN DELLS, WI WITH 448 TOTAL ATTENDEES REPRESENTING 242 ORGANIZATIONS. 96% OF ATTENDEES WERE VERY SATISFIED/SATISFIED OVERALL WITH THE TOPICS AND SPEAKERS AT THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE. THE PRE CONFERENCE WORKSHOP HAD 113 ATTENDEES. WCWI'S ANNUAL AWARDS CEREMONY HAD 92 ATTENDEES CELEBRATING EMPLOYERS WHO EARNED A WELL WORKPLACE AWARD DESIGNATION, WCWI'S TECH TRAINING GRADUATES, WISCONSIN'S LEADERBOARD OF CHAMPIONS OF WELLBEING, LIGHT OF WELLNESS AWARD RECIPIENTS, AND LIGHT OF WELLNESS HONORABLE MENTION RECIPIENTS. WCWI ALSO HOSTED 200 MEMBERS FOR THE FIRST ANNUAL MEMBER NETWORKING EVENT.
THE LEARNING CIRCLE PROGRAM WAS OFFERED IN THREE REGIONS: MILWAUKEE, MADISON, APPLETON. THE PROGRAM IS A FOUR-SESSION SPEAKER SERIES ON TOPICS THAT ARE VITAL AND TRANSFORMATIVE TO EMPLOYEE WELLBEING. EACH SESSION WAS 90 MINUTES WITH THE INTENTION FOR MEMBERS TO EXPERIENCE A COMBINATION OF LEARNING, APPLICATION, AND NETWORKING. 90 PARTICIPANTS ENGAGED IN THE LEARNING CIRCLE PROGRAM. WCWI ALSO OFFERED FOUR ROUNDTABLE SERIES WITH FOUR SESSIONS EACH OF INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC CONVERSATIONS AND IDEA-SHARING. WCWI HOSTED 38 TOTAL PARTICIPANTS FOR THIS PROGRAM FOR THE MANUFACTURING, PUBLIC SECTOR, AND HEALTHCARE INDUSTRIES.
WCWI PROGRAMS REACHED NEARLY 700 PEOPLE THROUGH WELL WORKPLACE UNIVERSITY, A WCWI REGIONAL WORKSHOP, LEARNING CIRCLE, ROUNDTABLE, OR WEBINAR AND 1,500 PROFESSIONALS ACROSS THE STATE THROUGH OUR PRESENTATIONS, CONSULTATION SERVICES AND RESOURCES SUCH AS EXPERT INTERVIEWS, WELL PRACTICES, BLOG ARTICLES, CASE STUDIES, AND THE MEMBERS-ONLY WEBSITE AND COMMUNICATIONS. WCWI PROVIDED TRAINING TO 950 PROFESSIONALS STATEWIDE THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS. WCWI SERVED OVER 400 EMPLOYERS REACHING ONE MILLION EMPLOYEES, RECOGNIZED SEVEN WISCONSIN PRACTITIONERS AS WCWI'S FIRST-EVER CHAMPIONS OF WELLBEING, AND 86 PRACTITIONERS WERE DESIGNATED AS WELCOA FACULTY. WCWI SUPPORTED AND ASSISTED ONE COMMUNITY IN WORKING TOWARD THE DESIGNATION FOR WELL CITY USA, WITH 26 COMMITTED EMPLOYERS IN THIS PROJECT AND OVER 120 PEOPLE WHO RECEIVED WCWI TRAINING AND CONSULTATION.
