To develop, implement, maintain and promote a comprehensive coordinated service system fo people sixty (60) years of age or oldere in Columbia and Montour Counties, Pennsylvania. Through eduction, information and services the Agency strives to enhance the quality of life for those individuals served. The Agency is envisioned as taking a prominent role in being the entry point to all long-term care services in the counties served.
Provision of Area Agency on Aging services to seniors in Columbia & Montour Counties(PA)under the guidelines & regulations prescribed by the PA Dept of Aging.Every older adult is given the opportunity for independence and self-determination in the communities served. Through education, information, and services, the Agency strives to enhance the elderly populations quality of life. The Agency is envisioned as taking a prominent role in being the entry point to all long-term care services for the population it serves. On average, the Agency serves approximately 2,800 individuals annually.
