THE MISSION OF GREAT LAKES BEHAVIORAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE IS TO PROVIDE RESEARCH, PLANNING, EVALUATION AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, AS WELL AS TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS, TO THE HUMAN SERVICE, PUBLIC AND NON-PROFIT SECTORS. ALLEGHENY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES:GREAT LAKES PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO AC-DHS OFFICES OF ADMINISTRATION, AREA AGENCY ON AGING, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MENTAL RETARDATION/DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, COMMUNITY RELATIONS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES. SPECIFIC SERVICES INCLUDE OPERATION OF THE SCA DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAM, COORDINATION OF THE FOSTER PARENT TRAINING PROGRAM, STRATEGIC PLANNING, AND VARIOUS COORDINATION ACTIVITIES, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, OUTREACH & EVENTS COORDINATOR, WEB DESIGN AND OVERSIGHT, DATA COLLECTION AND INTERPRETATION, MONITORING AND OVERSIGHT OF THE FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER, SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION RELATED TO THE HOMELESS & HUNGER PROGRAM, PROGRAM EVALUATION, CONTRACT REVIEW AND COMPLIANCE, FISCAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT, DATA ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAM INITIATIVES.
ALLEGHENY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF COURT SERVICES:GREAT LAKES PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND STAFFING REQUIREMENTS TO ALLEGHENY COUNTY COURT SERVICES INCLUDING JUVENILE JUSTICE PLANNING, SUPPORTIVE ADMINISTRATION AND CLERICAL SERVICES FOR CHILD PROTECTION AND PERMANANCES, MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE DUI UNIT INCLUDING CRN EVALUATORS, COORDINATION OF PREVENTIONAL EDUCATION FOR THE PRETRIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT IN THE ALCOHOL HIGHWAY SAFETY PROGRAM, ASSISTANCE IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, A CHILD WELFARE SPECIALIST, COORDINATION OF TRUANCY PREVENTION SERVICES.
PITTSBURGH FOUNDATION:ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS INCLUDING ACCESS TO WORK, CROSS SYSTEM ADVOCACY, LOCAL GOVERNANCE CASE COMPETITION AND THE SCHOLARS DHS PROGRAM.
