Creative Community Connectors is a non-profit organization that offers an Alternative Process for Intervening, in and on behalf of youth. There are three components for this approach; Preventative, At Risk, and Interim Advocacy. Our mission is to guide and offer help to youth in self-betterment and discipline that will bring about long-term success for the life of that person, most specifically as it pertains to violence, gang affiliations, drug abuse and truancy.
The Blue Coats program primarily focuses on youth advocacy in the spectrum of needs in collaboration with the Erie School District. This includes but is not limited to advocacy (bridge) service between the District and student families ,truancy service, safety on District School property, student to student ,family, to district intervention sessions.
