Organizations Filed Purposes: THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A COMFORTABLE, HOMELIKE ATMOSPHERE FOR RECOVERING MENTAL HEALTH CLIENTS. THE CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DEVELOP PATTERNS OF DAILY LIVING WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO LIVE ON THEIR OWN. THRESHOLD, INC. COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATIVE SERVICES AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SERVICES.THE ORGANIZATION CONTRACTS WITH THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY BH/DS PROGRAM TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATIVE (CRR)SERVICES FOR THE RECOVERING MENTAL HEALTH CLIENTS IN WESTMORELAND COUNTY. THE AIM OF THRESHOLD'S COMMUNITY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS IS TO MAINTAIN A COMFORTABLE, HOME-LIKE SETTING IN WHICH RESIDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DEVELOP SKILLS AND PATTERNS OF DAILY LIVING WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO MOVE INTO THE COMMUNITY ON THEIR OWN. THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM HAS A CAPACITY FOR 38 CLIENTS. SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED BY THRESHOLD, INC.CASEWORKERS TO APPROXIMATELY 160 MENTAL HEALTH CONSUMERS TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE IN THEIR OWN APARTMENTS THROUGHOUT WESTMORELAND COUNTY.

OTHER PROGRAMS (BUILDING/LAND/DEVELOPMENT, GEORGE STREET SUPPORTIVE HOUSING AND JACK STREET SUPPORTIVE HOUSING). RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE USED IN THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES PROGRAM. PROPERTY EXPENSES NOT COVERED UNDER THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY BH/DS CONTRACT. SENECA COURT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING: THE OFFICE OF MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES (OMHSAS) APPROVED THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY CRR CONVERSION PLAN (THE PLAN) FOR THE SENECA COURT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE ORGANIZATION. THE PLAN CONVERTED THE SENECA COURT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FROM A FOUR PERSON CRR INTO SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR THREE INDIVIDUALS EFFECTIVE ON SEPTEMBER 1,2010. IT IS THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE ORGANIZATION THAT THE CONVERSION OF THE SENECA COURT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY QUALIFIES AS CONTINUED USE BY THE COUNTY PROGRAM. ON JANUARY 15, 2014 THE SENECA COURT PROPERTY WAS CONVERTED TO A CRR-PC FACILITY UNDER THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY BH/DS CONTRACT.
