Organizations Filed Purposes:
To preserve and promote puiblic knowledge of the Harmony area history and heritage through it's Harmony museum collections and outreach activities. Other goals are to foster tourism in southwestern Butler county in cooperation with other organizations and agencies and encourage preservation of historical sources in support of educational, quality of life, economic development and associated community activities.

Historic Harmony Inc operates seven facilities in a national historical landmark district in Pennsylvania. These facilities include a museum, which presents the area's rich history through museum tours, walking tours of the area to view the various facilities, and craft programs for student groups and visitors. Some of the annual events include a german-style Christmas market with regional artisans, an antique gun show and a family-oriented new year's celebration on German time.
